Please read these terms and conditions prior to purchasing goods from Pristine Beauty, Inc. and prior to utilizing the information available at shoppristinebeauty.com.

Pristine Beauty, Inc. may revise these terms and conditions at any time. As a result, you are bound by any such revisions and should periodically visit this page.

Sales Policy

Once the customer places an order with Pristine Beauty, Inc., the customer is completely bound by these terms and conditions.

We only accept orders via our website in order to keep our service efficient.

We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason.

Orders are processed through PayPal which provides a secure checkout server using advanced encryption technology. Credit card information is encrypted and transmitted in a secure environment. PayPal makes it virtually impossible for unauthorized parties to read any of the information you send us via the secure server.

We require up to three business days to process, package and ship orders. However unforeseen circumstances and unanticipated demand can cause delays. We will notify you immediately if this should arise.

We only ship within the Continental US.

Return Policy

Returns

We strive to describe our products accurately. We do not make false or vague claims and we list all ingredients used in the manufacture of our products. Although we are very confident in our products and service, we realize that sometimes your needs may change, the product may have been damaged in transit, or there may have been a mistake in the order fulfillment.

Return Shipping Instructions

You MUST contact us for a Return Authorization within 15 days of delivery before returning any item. When referencing your order please use the order number provided on your receipt or the Purchaser's Name if received as gift.
Returned items must be in new condition. Due to sanitary regulations, we cannot accept used personal care (deodorant, creams, hair care, etc.) for refund. If items are used, damaged after shipping, or retail packaging and contents are not intact, no refund will be issued. PLEASE INSPECT THE ORDER UPON RECEIPT TO MAKE SURE THAT IT MEETS YOUR STANDARDS.
Place the items in the original cardboard shipping box as it arrived if available (or a new shipping box) and securely tape it closed.
Return shipping charges will be subtracted from the refund.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are not refundable once an item has shipped unless we shipped in error or if the product was defective. If we ship you merchandise but did not charge you shipping, the standard outbound shipping charge will be subtracted from the refund amount. We incur freight expenses on all orders.

Damaged Products

If a product is damaged during shipping and you can tell from the outside of the package (without opening it), you must either:

refuse the delivery or
you must report this to us immediately (not more than 24 hours of receipt of the order).

We require photo documentation of all products that have been damaged or are deemed defective when received. Do not discard the items before contacting us. Unfortunately, we cannot process returns without photo documentation of the defects (broken items, leaking items, damaged boxes). Documentation helps us to improve our service and we also need documentation when we make claims against a shipper (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.). ONLY AFTER WE RECEIVE THE PHOTO DOCUMENTATION will we ship a new item out to you.

We will pay shipping costs to replace the item(s) if there is a legitimate claim.
